The level of customer service and hospitality they provided me was top notch! I was amazed at how kind and pleasant everyone is. The visible team work you get to see on their floors and in your rooms, and the tired but happy faces at the end of their shift are examples of their hard work and dedication. If you take notice, Each has a unique way of care specific to your needs, and they do it without being asked. I am super grateful for my care team (Dr. Asif MD, Zeeshan S, the ER and nurses on 2nd and 4th floor). ThANK YOU for helping me to quickly get on the mend. ❤️

I recently had surgery at Henderson Hospital and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received from start to finish. The entire surgery center team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly organized, which made a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. The OR RN was absolutely outstanding — attentive, reassuring, and genuinely caring before and after surgery. They took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. The anesthesiologist was equally amazing. They were thorough, kind, and took the time to discuss the anesthesia plan in a way that made me feel safe and confident. Their bedside manner was exceptional, and everything went smoothly thanks to their expertise. From check-in to recovery, the staff at Henderson Hospital’s surgery center provided top-tier care. The facility was clean, efficient, and well-run, and every team member treated me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend Henderson Hospital and their surgical team to anyone needing medical care or surgery.

All staff members from the ER to the 5th floor took excellent care of my husband who came in extremely confused with new onset of seizures. They were very tolerant of him when he was confused and made sure he was safe especially from falling. Within a day he became more alert he was joking with them and they got to see the real person. He had so many test in such a short period of time..amazing..unfortunately they really could only establish that he did have seizures but unknown reason why. Need to f/u outpatient...but they showed caring and were sensitive to my fear as well...the only thing was the hospital food could of been better lol..other than that he got excellent care..thank you to all the different staff at Henderson Hospital

All the nurses were very nice and attentive and caring. The discharge process was HORRIBLE. No one came in all day to let me know I was being discharged and inform me of the process. I finally asked a cna if I was being discharged. She said yes they were working on my home health care. I told 2 doctors I would not want home health care. The case worker never came in to discuss home health care. By the time I was aware of this, she was gone for the day. Never saw her. The nurse, Lola, went above and beyond, she called and cancelled the home health care. I discussed with the charge nurse the situation not being informed of discharge or home health care. Recently I was in another hospital and the communication with me, the patient, was so much better. I realize I am not the only patient and there are other patients sicker than me. It is very poor when a patient cannot have the attention to discuss discharge process and be informed to have a choice for home health care. Once again, I never met the case worker to discuss home health care and my options. And this is exactly why I don't want home healthcare. It is not necessary for me. Can you believe after all this someone called today regarding home healthcare. She did not receive the message. VERY POOR SYSTEM. How did she not get the message???

I had an excellent experience at Henderson Hospital’s Emergency Department. From the front office staff who checked me in to the ultrasound, MRI, and EKG technicians, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A special thank you to Dr. Jessica Peck for her compassion, attentiveness, and outstanding care. She made me feel heard and supported throughout my visit. As a nursing student, this experience reminded me why I chose healthcare as a career. The warmth, teamwork, and dedication shown by the entire staff were truly inspiring, and I hope to work alongside professionals like them someday. Henderson Hospital is one of the best hospitals we have in Las Vegas. Thank you to everyone who made such a positive difference in my care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough great things about Henderson Hospital. Every time I've had to go there, I've had an excellent experience. No matter what department I'm in, every staff member has been kind, professional, compassionate, and attentive. They truly know how to make patients feel comfortable and cared for during what can be a stressful time. One thing I really appreciate is that the wait times are never long, and everything is handled efficiently without making you feel rushed. The level of teamwork and professionalism is outstanding, and it shows in the quality of care they provide. Thank you to everyone at Henderson Hospital for consistently going above and beyond. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional care. It will always be my first choice.

Henderson Hospital and staffing is the best I seen and had. Over the years customer in business has been lacking in so many areas. Patience, peace and calmness are learned behaviors. The staffing has mastered these with compassion under their "scrubs"! 😃 The made me feel like they knew me personally as a friend and took care of me and my needs with a humble attitude. Great! Lobby customer service as well! "Wow"! Way to go Henderson Hospital. "Way to go"! You are definitely my Hospital of choice and I will definitely spread the word. Stay Blessed, and much success! I had an excellent experience during my visit to the emergency room at Henderson Hospital. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. I especially want to recognize Nurse, KAMAHRI. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for during a stressful time. She wascompassionate, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. No matter how busy the emergency room was, the entire staff never made me feel rushed and always checked on me to make sure I was doing okay. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern made a difficult experience much easier. It's clear they truly care about their patients, and I am very grateful for the outstanding care I received. Absolute best experiences at this hospital in the L&D department. I had a very long intense labor and was here for DAYS and every single nurse I had was nothing short of kind, caring and very professional and knowledgeable. I will say I had my favorites to shout out Lauren and Jennifer!! Thank you 2 so much you made the biggest impact on me and my experience. I also returned days later for some complications and they made me feel so comfortable and reassured. If you are looking at reviews to what hospital to have your bundle of Joy I highly recommend Henderson Hospital ( I had 3 other babies at 2 other hospitals locally and I hands down vote this one the best),

I needed an endoscopy performed. The checking in to leaving to procedure room was great. I loved the gentleman who took the people waiting for patient on a little tour. The 2 nurses I had were fantastic. One was a gentleman named Ron. Another nurse I wasn’t able to get her name but she had a tattoo sleeve with a skull and butterfly. Ron was able to ease with his hands down personality. The anesthesiologist was very nice and made sure all was good. End of process to leave was quick.
